By accessing or using ReelWave ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ReelWave is a mobile-first platform for streaming short-form video series. Users can browse content, watch episodes, earn and purchase Diamonds, and unlock premium episodes.

3. User Accounts

You may browse and watch free content without an account. To access premium features (purchases, likes, watch progress), you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Diamonds

Diamonds are a virtual currency used solely within ReelWave to unlock paid episodes. Diamonds have no monetary value outside the Service, are non-transferable, and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing Diamonds, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method. Prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes where required.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

All content available on ReelWave, including videos, images, text, and branding, is owned by or licensed to ReelWave. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Circumvent any access controls or usage restrictions
• Use automated tools to scrape or download content

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and any remaining diamond balance may be forfeited.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReelWave shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
